Orders with custom designs, logos, or specific modifications cannot be cancelled once production begins.

🎊 Festival Special Orders

During Independence Day and Republic Day rush (Jan 1-26), cancellation window is reduced to 12 hours.

  • Within 24 hours: No cancellation fee - Full refund
  • After processing starts: 15% processing fee will be deducted
  • After shipment: Cannot cancel - Return policy applies
  • Bulk orders: Custom cancellation terms based on production stage

  • Non-defective returns: Product price minus 10% restocking fee

Orders placed between January 1-21, 2026 (Republic Day Season):

❌ Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom printed flags with logos, designs, or special modifications
  • Used or hoisted flags that show signs of installation or weather exposure
  • Flags without original packaging or BIS certification tags
  • Clearance sale items marked as "Final Sale" or "No Returns"
  • Digital products such as flag design files or digital certificates
