- Size Accuracy: Standard sizes (20x30 inch, etc.) with minor tolerances as per BIS guidelines
- Color Standards: Pantone-matched saffron, white, green, and navy blue colors

Buyer Responsibilities
- Proper Display: Flags must be displayed as per Flag Code of India 2002
- Respectful Use: Never use flags for commercial advertising or inappropriate purposes
- Disposal: Damaged flags must be disposed of respectfully (preferably by burning)
- Hoisting Guidelines: Follow government guidelines for official hoisting ceremonies
- Legal Compliance: Vastusuci is not liable for misuse or improper display by buyers

- Inspection: Inspect products immediately upon delivery. Report damages within 24 hours
- Delivery Attempts: Courier will attempt delivery 2-3 times. Unclaimed packages returned to warehouse
- Address Accuracy: Incorrect addresses may result in return-to-origin charges
- Signature Required: High-value orders may require signature confirmation
